I am looking for an experienced freelancer to clean up an audio file that is about 19 minutes long. The background noise is from the tape recorder used in the recording which had a whine to it. The audio file needs to be cleaned up, but I am flexible with deadlines.
So I had a keepsake / memorial bear made and a sound recorder is inside it. The audio I used contains singing by a dying relative so its very quiet. We put this onto the recorder and put it into the bear but as you can imagine its very hard to hear. Maybe an audio expert can amplify this audio to make it easy to hear. File attached.
