In this role, you will work closely with one individual to assist them in applying to mid-level positions with higher compensation. Your primary responsibility will be to tailor the client's resume and cover letter to each job application, ensuring alignment with job requirements and optimizing keywords for applicant tracking systems (ATS). Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the client to understand their career goals, skills, and experiences. Customize the client's resume and cover letter for each job application, ensuring they stand out to potential employers. Conduct thorough research on target companies and positions to tailor application materials effectively. Provide strategic guidance on job search strategies, networking, and interview preparation to the client. Stay updated on industry trends, job market dynamics, and best practices in resume writing and job application strategy. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, career counseling, or a related field. Proven track record of success in resume writing, with expertise in tailoring resumes and cover letters for diverse industries and job levels. Strong understanding of ATS and how to optimize resumes for electronic screening. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
