I am looking for someone to help build a website with a custom-built platform. My goal is to have a website specifically for law students that has user login and registration functions. I'm open to any suggestions on the most effective way to achieve my goal, as long as it's within a reasonable budget. I need the website to be secure, have smooth navigation, and be visually appealing. I also need it to be optimized for mobile phones and tablets. With this project I am also looking for feedback and/or advice to further improve the website and make it more efficient.

I need some help updating a small Wordpress website with the Accesspress Parallax theme. It got messed up when I updated Wordpress and the Theme to its latest versions. We have search functionality built with Javascript but as the contents load with Javascript, Google search engine flag it as spam. So we are creating this from scratch with Custom post type & AJAX.
