I require a captivating banner design aimed at creating brand awareness for my pitch - renting out office space located in the urban city center. The banner is to be hung on scaffolding. The ideal freelancer for this project should have: - Exceptional graphic design skills & a Creative mind - A portfolio with attention-grabbing banner designs - Experience in designing banners for real estate or rental services. The banner should be visually appealing and communicate the superiority of our location. It should be professional enough to focus an audience's view on the key parts (using lines say), and the colours should be from the existing branding.
