Convert C++ 6.0 Application to C# 2010 WPF

The attach file contains two very small applications that simply take data from an SQL Database, then display it via a windows desktop application. In turn the desktop applications displays the data, in a nicely formatted form onto a TV screen ot via LCD Projector. Both applications were written in an old version of C++ 6.0, with some embedded controls that were made in VB6. Unfortunatly, whilst the code is complete, it is not well documented, and unless you have the correct environment setup, will not run. So you will have to convert the code from the existing C++ and convert it to C#. I want both applications rewritten to use WPF. I have a licensed copy of the Infragistics WPF controls 2010.2, so want to use those. Our standard is to also use an ORM tool kit called Lightspeed for database access, previously SQL was used directly into Recordsets. Lightspeed has ful LINQ capabiities which will be ideal for this application. This is the first, and smallest part of an application rewrite. Consider this a sort of test with the person / team awarded this contract will most likely be awarded the main contract. The code for the application, and all controls are extremely simple, and will be provided to the successful applicant.
