We need an enthusiastic, high energy level assistant who is eager to learn and has experience communicating with people, understands marketing, managing and executing. Willing to learn. Willing to jump In. We need someone who will join us daily on Zoom with our in-house USA based team during 10am-6pm Monday - Friday Must have good english speaking & strong communication skills as well as experienced being a assistant to marketing agencies or similar type of industry. Tasks include (but not limited to): - New client onboarding - New client setup - Monitor task in CRM (Basecamp) - Create new account shells (Google ads & reporting) - Appointment settings - Web chat support - Web research - Social media moderator - Outreach campaigns via phone call & social media - Attend virtual business meetings - Provide Executive level support (CEO, COO & CTO) - Daily market news and updates summary We want an enthusatic and optimistic individual to come on board our team & be a true team player! Our company mission can be found here- [login to view URL] Must be able to commuincate with team, customers and move the system and company forward. THIS POSITION REQUIRES TO LOG IN DAILY WITH ZOOM & BE ON TEAM IN USA DURING 10am til 6pm EST MON-FRI. This is to practice the "Virtual In-Office" collaboration that makes up our culture.
