Good day. How is it there in Brazil?
So about your questions;
I haven't formally translated an app before, and right now I dont have an iOS... yet. BUT I can learn fast and I have friends who have an iPhone or iPad that I can borrow. Just say so, and I will find a way. I'm very resourceful, you know.
I am a pure Filipino, born and raised. I speak and can write fluently in Tagalog.
I can translate English in so many ways into our language (e.g., Old Tagalog 'Makata', Tagalog in Spanish Era, 20th Century Tagalog 'Normal', Digital Era 'Latest', Mix EN-Tagalog 'Taglish Conyo', and even our Gay-Tagalog language 'Bekimon').
Tagalog is what we, Filiponos, call our 'main' language in Philippine Capital, NCR. Though there are hundreds of dialects in Filipino depending on their location/region (like Bisaya, Ilokano, Bikolano, etc). I can coordinate with some of my friends/affiliates, if you like, but mostly they tend to study Tagalog anyway.
English is our second language so translating it to Filipino will be easy for me.
Some tried to translate EN-Tagalog base on search engines, but it mostly doesn't actually make sense. Not knowing our culture, our latest trend, and how we normally speak, write, or construct our language makes the translation confusing, or worst, funny. So if you need this translation in a specific concept, I can give some advice from a Filipino's perspective.
Nowadays, we even incorporate both languages (EN & Tagalog) for normal use, translating or adopting some words in English and make it somehow our own (Taglish).
My bid is negotiable depending on the loads of work and approximation of the time it would take me to translate all of those.
It can also depend on how vast you want to explore translating EN to Filipino.
You can take 4-8hrs. of my time per day and we can work as long as you want or in need my service. I hope you'll think about it.
Have a pleasant day.
