Need an experienced Bi-lingual Russian/English translator

We run a boutique investment advisory firm, based in Dubai. We connect investors from all over the world mostly from the Gulf with investment projects in emerging markets mostly Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan. I need an experienced Russian/English business development manager, account and customer relationship manager who will be my right hand. Making sales calls and emails, meeting setting , coordinating and planning business development strategy , following up with customers, researching new countries and contacts. I need someone very confident because job requires to make very tough calls and get through to very senior people and government officials and be able to handle conversations with confidence and professionalism. Need someone Smart because you will need to think on your feet, make decisions because I dont have time to direct you or micromanage you, and you will need to understand our strategy and generate and drive initiatives which are consistent with our strategy. Self-starter - its not a structured corporate environment where someone constantly guides you. You need to be responsible and manage yourself. This job is all about results. Its not 9-5 job. While I will respect your personal time you will have to be responsive anytime if circumstances arise which require your attention.
