I'm searchng for someone to create a LEGAL Contacts for me. The contarct should transfear all copyright of source-code of Android(Java) & iOS (Objective-C) & Api(Php) to the client. The Client shall own ALL rights of the source-code mentioned above and all copies of the source-code. The creator of the code shall NOT under any circumstances be allowed to retain any copies of the source-code, sell it or distributet it in other projects. THE CLIENT MUST HAVE FULL PATENT AND FULL COPYRIGHT OF ALL SOURCE-CODE ******************************************* I want some one who is experienced in typing contracts like this.
