I'm a MikroTik Certified TRAINER (with few "engineer" certificates, including the highest MTCINE - internetworking) and experienced network administrator (over 10 years). For 6 years I've been working for one of the biggest Polish ISPs. I have experience with large networks with many routing protocols (including many BGP sessions) using Cisco, HP/Huawei and MikroTik routers. I created and maintained MikroTik+RADIUS systems for few operator and for some hotels (a system generating hotspot tickets integrated with RADIUS and MikroTik routers). Probably it will be hard to find a person here that is more experienced in setting MikroTik and FreeRadius to work together. Authentcation for local users, for PPPoE and PPTP tunnels, for hotspot and wifi authentication, for DHCP leases (with the hack for dynamic leases I show in the presentation) - I've already done it. I think, that the price range you have is quite high - but I'm not really sure, what you need to achieve in this project (not too much details here), so I'd like to hear more about your plans.

Well, when you are talking about mikrotik and freeradius I am your guy! so if you need a full installation of freeradius or even (i have something better) will integrate it for you. and guarantee that you will be happy with the done work. I have a lot of experience in networking, and installing radius and mikrotik's. (I administrer a network with about 400 mikrotik AP's and using freeradius).
