PIM Needed - Product Information Management System

We need a PIM - this is not inventory related, just product information -To house/store data about products -Up to 30,000 products -Must be able to store actual images and/or links to image (s) -Must be able to store actual videos and/or link to video (s) -Must be able to store actual pdf and/or link to pdf (s) -Must be editable/accessible by multiple users from various locations at the same time -Must be able to track who, what, when edits were made -Must be able to include item info including title, product name, descriptions, bullet points, features and benefits, UPC codes, model #, item #'s -Must be able to have pricing fields including MSRP -Must have fields we can customize - 5-10 fields -Must have a customer drop down or check field you can sort by -Must have an item status drop down or check field you can sort by -Must have a notes field -Must have a date added field -Must have Vendor name field -Must have brand name field -Must be exportable -We would like to have someone build it that would be able to add to it in the future, that would be interested in a future relationship of some sort to add/edit, etc. You must have examples of other work you've created like this project for reference.
