Hello, Thank you for your consideration. I have over 15 years of full life cycle recruitment experience. I am able to create job postings, post on job boards, reach of to potential candidates (both active and passive) conduct phone interviews, pay/salary negotiations, job offers, onboarding of new hires. I have recruited and hired in both a corporate and staffing agency environment. I've also recruited for and marketed for the insurance industry. Though not current, I did at one point hold an active p&c, life and health license so I do understand the industry. I have a calling experience of more then fifteen years and called customer's from UK,US and Australia,I worked for many Big Brands in UK,US and Australia.I also have a team of good callers with great international calling experience intelesales,telemarketing,appointment setting and customer service,Virtual Assistant. I used to do to lot of data maintaining like making sheets of daily productivity of Team members,preparing the SLA and TAT reports and responsible to make weekly report for the higher management.I also have a team of good data entry agent who worked on many International projects. Hi there, I'd be more than happy to help you source some candidates. I use my own methods of sourcing typically, inclusive of LinkedIn. I think I'm pretty good at turning a passive candidate into an active one too. I really personalize my contact with each person and it makes a huge difference.
