We are seeking a dedicated and experienced GoHighLevel Software Manager to join our team and take charge of managing our GoHighLevel accounts, both existing and new customer accounts. **Job Description:** **Position Overview:** As the GoHighLevel Software Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of our GoHighLevel accounts. You will be responsible for overseeing and assisting in the management of all sub-accounts, as well as setting up new customer accounts to drive our agency's growth and success. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Account Management:** - Oversee and manage all existing GoHighLevel sub-accounts for our clients. - Collaborate with account executives and marketing teams to understand client requirements. - Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and automation processes within GoHighLevel. 2. **New Account Setup:** - Set up new GoHighLevel accounts for incoming clients. - Configure automations, pipelines, and integrations tailored to each client's needs. - Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on GoHighLevel usage. 3. **Strategy Development:** - Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that leverage GoHighLevel's capabilities. - Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve campaign effectiveness. 4. **Troubleshooting and Support:** - Address technical issues and challenges within GoHighLevel promptly. - Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, resolving issues effectively. 5. **Documentation and Best Practices:** - Maintain documentation of GoHighLevel processes, configurations, and best practices. - Train and onboard new team members on GoHighLevel usage and standards. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience with GoHighLevel software and its various features. - Strong understanding of marketing automation, funnels, and CRM systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
