Workflow and document management system

1. automatic generate as a signed pdf file from a word defined template with an unique number and QR code. The signature can be a image with the signature which is placed over the document automaticly by each approver or reviewer when press Approve button 2. Also we need a solution to import documents from email and attach a tag to be easy to identify and archive them on System 3. We need as well a solution for OCR scanning and archiving documents with tags for easy identification have an option to create or not automaticly folders by date. 4. We need to know if SeeDMS can be used as SAAS platform 5. include this in a mobile app and have for example a function that a citizen enter in a mobile app start a form fill some fields, take a photo, attach it to the form, take the GPS location and send it to a flow to different departments wich can solve the problem. The department were go each requests from citizens must be selected based on informations inserted in a dropdown list and send it to an workflow and citizens must have a final answer regarding his request. 6. For the internal users we need a module which can be accesed from pc as well from mobile app and in this module the internal users must insert different Locations (representing different buildings or other things) from the area of the city and for each location have the possibilities to insert notes including upload documents about the interventions or service each time such service is made. Also in this objectives it is necessary to insert the GPS coordinates and when an internal user which have acces at this modul press a button from that location open Google Maps and create the route from user location until that location. This module must have the option to select which users can access those informations. 7. At this point we need something like a document management with GIS system and working like this: - In the city area there are a lot of plots of land very well delimited thru GPS points and each plot of land have an unique cadastrial number, a part of these plots of land belong to the citizens or companies, other parcels of land belong to the municipality. Each citizen, company or municipality will have an unique identification number which will be the username for login to the platform. - We need to have the option to create the plots of each parcel on the maps inserting multiple gps points or dragging points on the map. - For each parcel created we need to add multiple citizens, or companies or the municipality as proprietary. - For each plot of land created we need to have the possibility to upload documents and add different notes by the municipality users. - Each user can see only his property or properties and the uploaded documents, notes or requests for each property. - Each user can initiate different requests for his properties selectig from a dropdown list the user available properties, which will go on the workflow for different municipality users at the end of the flow will be generated a signed pdf document which will be available to the user on his property. The requests and documents uploaded on a plot of land will be visible by all users allowed on a property. - The allowed users from municipality will have access to see the city map with all the plots of land and when click on a parcel open a pop-up window were will appear all users allowed as proprietary for that land and a button to see all the requests, notes and uploaded documents for that parcel.
