The system should encompass various key functionalities for multi-location stores: - Employee Management: This should provide a way to track employee performance in a location, clock-in/out, and hours tracking. - Inventory Management: The system should keep a real-time update of inventory, tracking all items from the time they enter the individual store until they are sold. Monitoring of level, low stock and re-stocking, and transfer between locations - Items and Service Management: Including but not limited to types, categories, location, department, price adjustments, and discount management. - Sales Tracking: A provision for tracking daily, weekly, and monthly sales is a must. Must have offline transaction capability - Customer Management: Customers' profile based on their buying behavior is crucial. Linking transactions to customer profile/account. Manage promotions, loyalty programs and coupons. - Payment Transactions & Cash Management: The system should be capable of processing transactions quickly and efficiently, with robust cash management tools. - Multi-locations Stores: Capability to manage operations across multiple store locations. Aggregating all transactions with details to an overall summary view. - Offline Transactions Mode: The system should function seamlessly even in offline mode. - Vendor Management: Organizing and keeping track of vendor details when receiving goods at each location should be hassle-free. On payments, the system should allow customers to transact using cash, credit cards, and mobile payments. Ideal candidates should have experience in POS system development, with a clear understanding of supermarket operations. Proven ability in integrating various payment methods is a plus. The system should be user-friendly and requires minimal training for employees.
