I am starting a company that imports products from Amazon to the country where I am right now for a fee. To do so I need to have all the products on Amazon indexed and put into my website. So I want a python script that can grab Amazon products and their information and save them in a csv as well as a database. I need it to put it in a format that prestashop can import which means categories included. I want it to be able to crowl all of Amazon, and download the content into my server so I need it to be able to run multiple instances at once. My server has 16GB ram and download speed of almost 60 MB per second so I need it to be able to tap into the whole server capabilities and if needed I can upgrade my RAM to 64GB as long as I am able to import as many products as possible in as short as possible. In the information section of the products I want it to also reference that this product is an Amazon product and upon purchase it will be obtained from the US to avoid copyright issues with Amazon. I also need it to be able to check if the product is in stock or not And update the database and send a notification to an email if any product is out of stock. I am also very tight on budget so the cheaper the better and I also need it to be available soon. I also want the script to be able to download all the images associated with the product so when I import it to my server, I can have the images locally stored. I would also like to consider whoever makes this project as my company's main software developer and all future projects will be developed by him/her. My company is a startup and I haven't received its credit card yet so to be able to pay my taxes for this service in the country where I'm right now, I need to wait for it to arrive to have everything in record. Therefore, I need someone to start working on it before any payment methods are set up and they can send me the software once I set up the payment on this account. Hello! I'm web scraping expert. I use python language and scrapy framework. My scripts works on windows, mac or linux, but linux is preferably. I can schedule scripts on server if it is required. I have more 100 finished projects (google scraping, facebook scraping, yellow pages, linkedinIn, amazon, webshops and other sites with lists of any items). I can scrape secured and protected sites, my crawlers can enter into login form, emulate ajax requests etc. If site block IP i can use proxy or TOR. Hey man, I'm Alex, professional developer from Europe. As I imagine I'll exclude all products on Amazon to categories, so we'll start with first category and gonna end with the last. So each category will be stored in each folder with the products numbered and stored in their own folder with pictures numbered. No matter what format you need or where you need to import those products, thats the matter of time to run the script. I can do it for a low price as I have time at the moment, but it will definitely takes time because there are thousands of products. I also don't know if Amazon let someone to just take information from their website, maybe there is a limit on requests per second/minute. Need to test it. Anyway, I can handle. I can write web scrape program in python language to retrieve all the contents from the website including images. It won't be easy to scrape the contents from the website and will see the workaround to see how best we can finish this job.
