Import script to fix, on a Prestashop store

I have an import script that import catalog from 2 different providers. 1. Text Encoding a. : In some products do not go well texts containing ñ or other special characters. Into file [login to view URL] you can see in addProduct function how to insert product title with ws. Put a button on backend on order details to send the export request 4. Duplicated images:Every time you run the script, image is adding newly. It is, if i run script 4 times, then, product wull have the image duplicated 4 times. 5. Update catalog:I need the catalog complete (run script to import the around 30.000 products). And each 3 or 4 days, execute the script to update the catalog (Products and categories). 6. Weight decimal issue:Some products i see has the weight bad. For example, a product of 170 gr, I see 170.000 gr. 7. We need to do some changes before import: 1. Change sell price using a margin value depends on brand. 2. When same product will be on both provider catalogs, take the cheaper. Perhaps we can see other issues to fix, but these are the main.
