Hi there, I read your post about google blocking your site, and i check your site that your problem is your site is dont have any ssl/tls. So google block your site, and i think because your site have code about exporting xls that force user to download it but you dont have any ssl/tls in your site. In your cpanel, there is a warning for your domain about ssl too. I think you must purchase any ssl for your site and check again that your site is unblocked.
