Fix a bug in a PHP Symfony 3 Website program

I recently had a Freelancer fix a non-functioning Php Symfony 3 created website. He fixed everything except for the Chron Job which should update the site every 24 hours so I have been updating it manually for now. There were two chron jobs when it got the glitch. After he finished there was only one and it doesn't seem to be doing anything. This was it. /opt/cpanel/ea-php71/root/usr/bin/php /home/affordis/root/bin/console app:update-filing I haven't even been getting email notices that it wasn't working. Yesterday I posted a job to fix Chron jobs and hired a good tech who was good at Chron Jobs. He tried to fix and added some Chron Jobs but this morning I had an email from the server about a chron job error. Here are the Chron jobs currently. /opt/cpanel/ea-php71/root/usr/bin/php /home/affordis/public_html/ir/[login to view URL] APP_ENV=prod APP_DEBUG=0 /opt/cpanel/ea-php71/root/usr/bin/php /home/affordis/root/bin/console app:update-filing cache:clear APP_ENV=prod APP_DEBUG=0 /opt/cpanel/ea-php71/root/usr/bin/php /home/affordis/root/bin/console cache:clear The email I got said "Could not open input file: /home/affordis/public_html/ir/[login to view URL]" The Freelancer said I need an expert in Symfony to fix it as he thinks the problem is in Symfony and not Chron Jobs. This website has its own CPanel. Here is a copy of one of the listings. There are about a dozen listings. I need you to do what is necessary to install/edit the Chron Job or the site program to get the site to update all the listings at the same time once daily automatically.
