A property management website capable of advertising services for property management, adding and managing properties, landlords, contracts, leads/Inquiries about the services. A lot of static work mainly on the front end. The actual tenant management will be done through a third party service, however, this site will be capable of maintaining a database of landlords, properties, contracts, leads..etc. Some features: Static Content Editing – for Pages Admin Users (FAQ) Google Adds and google search meta data for pages SEO optimization ability (ability to add relevant data for pages) Captcha in all forms PHP / MySQL programming preferred. Not Static WP. Combination might be considered Cookies utilization to help create follow me adds Typical google APIs will be used in the forms for this website including google maps for forms. Front end design to be done by the developer based on provided samples. Backend will include static website editing capability, DB management of properties, landlords, leads..etc
