Creat a Portal for a small mental health hospital

I am looking for a developer to create a portal for my small mental health hospital. The portal should have patient records management as its primary feature. In terms of security, I require standard security measures to be implemented. The user interface should be simple and user-friendly. Ideal skills and experience for this project include: - Experience in developing portals for healthcare institutions - Strong knowledge of patient records management systems - Understanding of security measures and compliance standards for healthcare portals - Proficiency in creating simple and user-friendly user interfaces. 1. All patients are to be registered on the package. Patient information comes up on SEACH with names or dates of birth 2. Daily notes of all staff on each patient are written and saved against their names. Once a note is written and saved, it can not be deleted again. Through the package, red lines could be drawn on unwanted saved notes. 3. Hard documents on a patient could be uploaded to the patient file, and a connecting link used 4. Staff email and password for all staff 5. Laptop and dextop computer login details 6. Payment package with POS 7. Some printable hospital documents/folders to install in computer 8. A folder for medication that only doctors and nurses can open. Folder shows medication times and the medication for that time, e.g, 08.00, 12.00, 17.30 and PRN 9. A folder that only pharmacists can open where all purchased medications are recorded 10. A folder that only 3 financial admins can open for hospital accounts on each patient 11. A package for staff details, photos. 12. A package for doing staff salaries/wages
