I would like have a module for sync outlook365 conference room calendar to mysql datebase ( from o365 and update to o365) . I am using apache +mysql +php i perfer use php . test plan below 1) using my offce 365 enterpirse for testing (please provide the guide to collect information for API communication ) 2) using my mysql db (please suggestion the db structure , i will perpare for you) 3) will sync all event on conference room calendar(resource) and store it in mysql DB 4) create event on user calendar and add conference room (conference1@[login to view URL]) , the new event will add on mysql db 5) modify event on user calendar with conference room (conference1@[login to view URL]) , the update event will add on mysql db 6) delete event on user calendar with conference room (conference1@[login to view URL]) , the update event will deleted on mysql db 7) able to sync informaiton on conference2@[login to view URL] and same function of conference1@[login to view URL] 8) able add event to conference1@[login to view URL] via php at my server (http request?)

Hello, You could use MS Graph API for this purpose. So then you should generate an Apps Registration on your azure portal and get the client ID and the secret. Then the next step you should generate the access token for getting authorization for accessing your Outlook 365 calendar for both full access permission. All of this can be wrapped into a single PHP script using php-curl. I already have it used for my Outlook Module for filtering the incoming mails purpose. So then I could just modify for your calendar module as well. Let me know if my method OK for your project Regards Khamid
