478134 PHP XML coder needed

Dear all the coders on Scriptlance, I am looking for a programmer that has worked with PHP Simple XML or XML functions. The budget for this project is a maximum of $200. You name the timeframe. I am using a graphical platform that generates XML based log files. I need a very simplified system with a minified graphic design (can be a list or a table) that acts like this: I. There will be an admin login system with only 1 user that can access the system II. The log files will be uploaded via an upload form and the information from the files will be stored in a mysql database. I attached an example of a log file. See 821721 Don't get frightened of what you will see in there cause I need only a few pieces of information extracted from the files. That is: 1. Job Number 2. Operator 3. Job Name 4. URL 5. Application Name 6. Elapsed Time - this will be a sum of all the tasks elapsed time The main thing to remember and program is that there may be several log files for one job. III. There will be a page with job listings containing the following information: 1. Job Number 2. Number of edits 3. Accumulated time 4. Number of tasks 5. Last Update 6. Edit Button 7. Delete Button IV. When you click a Job Name, you will be taken to the job details page where you will list the extracted infos from the log files: 1. Job Number 2. Operator 3. Job Name 4. URL 5. Application Name 6. Elapsed Time - this will be a sum of all the tasks elapsed time 7. Edit Button 8. Delete Button As I said before, there will be several logs for one job so, when a new log is uploaded, the system must read it and if the job already exists, it just adds the information to the job. If not, a new entry will be created and so on. The key information is the Elapsed Time. I need you to be very careful with this since it is an important piece of information. In the logs, the elapsed time is expressed in milliseconds. I will need the milliseconds converted and displayed into hours and minutes. This is pretty much it.
