Fulltime development partner needed

We are looking for a person to help grow our virtual team. The person we are looking for needs to be able to dedicate 100% time to projects as we have in the past worked with students and part-timers and unfortunately it just does not make for fast & efficient projects. We work on projects ranging from small 5 page 'brochure' sites to full blown real-estate portals and are looking for someone that can work with and nurture projects and products over the long term. We have completed sites in the past using CMS systems such as Joomla, Wordpress & Drupal. We welcome these skills but recent experience has shown that for a lot of projects it is more effective to build from scratch. Good, clear written and oral communication is essential as most communication is done via email, IM & voip/Skype. Skills in PHP, Linux, MYSQL essential with experience with frameworks such as Symfony, CAKE, Zend preferable. A good knowledge of secondary skills such as XML, XHTML, CSS etc will be extremely useful. Further information about our company and previous/current projects can be supplied on request. Lets start talking! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux, PHP, MYSQL
