Display data from server and input information and submit it in PHP

We need experienced professional PHP work to develop parts of our website, specifically to display pictures with text in a list with detail format, as well as to get the user’s input. The list format is found most often in hotel and travel sites – and even on Freelancer, minus the pictures. The input is more typical of smaller dialogs. Naturally, this requires an equally good knowledge of data optimization, HTML/XHTML, CSS, beyond efficient coding for speedy loading no matter what device. Project Description Beyond the website itself, we will provide all graphic elements you will need, from display to input, already developed and tested on the major types of devices, thus right down to exact display sizes. This project will be further simplified by the fact that there will be no direct database accesses, as the data displayed or input by the PHP is handled by an external server. These are some of the main requirements of this project: - Develop the PHP area of the interface to display the user’s information - The combined PHP/HTML-CSS interface must work well on a regular computer or mobile devices (tablet and smartphone, vertical or horizontal), as mentioned above - Based on the type of information needed, add the command and related data to ask the server for the information or data. This is done by sending a file to the server - Display the result of the request to the server in the graphics we will provide upon acceptance of the proposal - When the user wants to submit new information, display the appropriate screen or dialog to get that data from the user and then send it to the server After acceptance of the NDA on Freelancer, we will supply a document with full details of the project in a private message. For now overall there will be four distinct but similar types of inputs thus probably handled by mostly the same code, plus the display of general information and three types of list results also most likely processed by the same or similar code. Required qualifications - Programming languages: PHP, HTML/XHTML, CSS and SQL - A professional, objective and detail oriented work style - Strong communication skills. Communications must be fast and you must be available no matter what time zone you may be in to review any work, set up test environments and to test your work together with us - A complete Freelancer profile - An established reputation on Freelancer preferred, or references - The ability to work accepting any positive and constructive criticism as well as the adherence to the established deadlines - If the work is not up to our standards or if the claims made in your proposal and SLA are a far cry from reality, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement and cancel all the future payments - Do not send a generic or a copy/pasted bid as it will not be accepted - Carefully analyze the information we provide you and prepare a proposal with your terms and conditions and SLA clearly described - Transfer 100% ownership of the code to us. If not you must show that the code is open and agree that we can use it and modify it, by our own personnel or any third party we may hire for that purpose - No upfront payment will be made but only an eventual agreed upon milestone payment.
