Client prog. for MySQL

A thin MySQL client program needed. Mainly to automate the MySQL database table data entry with info with some random info customizable a GUI or a XML file. It basically needs to connect to the database by read the parameters from a xml file. It will let me compose a SQL statement used multiple time base on the table's columns or read an XML file to automate the SQL statement to enter the info into the database. It should be design to read alot of info and enter alot of info into the database like in the scale of thousands. The main point here is multiple data entry by reading a big file to enter the data into the MySQL database. It can be a web app as well if you can do it.
