Product Order and Contact Us Form Management System

The order form will be in PHP and Jquery or Ajax can be used for dynamic effect (Charts and stuff). Admin Area: - The admin area design will be provided with the CSS. - The admin area must have groups of users permitted to the admin area with different sets of permissions. - There will be a chart to show which product has bean sold more on a monthly basis on a daily basis and on a yearly basis. The analysis should use graphs) - Head admin must be able to add or remove/modify members account type and information. - List of all admins and members using the system with the website they are using the form in and the product with ability to add comments under each member with only head admin being able to see that comment or note about this member. - Must work on PHP 5.2.5 and MySQL 5.0.90 - Code will become our property. - All code must be human readable, fully commented and not encrypted. - Cannot require any form of browser plug in (such as FLASH or Silverlight.) - There order form could be installed by anyone for their website using a MySQL DB and setting up a head admin account and password. - All the orders should have a unique ID which you can use as a primary key in the DB. - Admin should be able to set multiple stores with multiple products. - If affiliate system could be set up I will chose you, but it is optional. - A tools section should be setup where the Admin can store documents banners and other content. - Under tools section sub-admins and admin should be able to see websites where to market and post articles and videos. (a Group can be made for users to access only this area) - Backup function to back up database in SQL format and Normal readable and printable format with the date stamp. Database re-applicable. - Search Function (by name, e-mail, order id ...) - Order Data should be editable. - An event manager where admins can store data with text and content of different events. - Dashboard with main info. - Admins should be able to add more then one e-mail under their account to user in a drop down select menu when replying to clients contact messages. - All the option for the order form should be the same for the contact form, with the same data storing capabilities and also every new contact message submitted should be sent to a database and to a desired e-mail. - One the contact message is sent each admin should be able to reply from within the CMS to the client and chose to display the e-mail sender from one of their e-mails added under their account.
