Upgarde CKeditor, secure admin section

I need CKeditor upgraded on my site: [login to view URL] I have an old version. I also need my admin section secured, currently it registers the username/password as a session variable(cookie), and just checks with an isRegistered, and doesn't actually validate the username and password, I want this to instead use a rolling token. Upon login it will set a random token and insert it into a database, and on each page, it will check the token that is in the session variable, and compare that to see if it matches a token in the database, that is less than 4 hours old. It should support multiple admins logged in at once (the database can have more than one valid token at a time.)
