Spider Script for 52 public websites

I am looking for someone to create spider scripts to access all publicly available information on each of the state sex offender websites. All the information is publicly available and I am looking to obtain ALL the data that is on there, including multiple addresses, place of work, etc. I am looking to have an end product from you that is in an Excel spreadsheet for each state and a final excel document with the data from all the states, Guam and Puerto Rico. [login to view URL] I would be looking for someone who could then update this data every 6 months to a year. I'd want to be able to add the updated information to the overall spreadsheets. I am hoping to have an initial project bid and then continue on an as needed basis in the future.
