AD account regrestration tie to check shopping cart checkout

I need a registration and check out page created on my website that will trigger and automatic creation once all information is filled out creating an active directory account. This will have to also incorporate a payment method in the future. The inital design will have to create an account that will expire with in 15 days as a traial then request for payment after teh 15 day trail has expired. It will also have to be able to the teh revers and delete the account upon user request. My website is [login to view URL] its verry generic at this point.
