Move Web Site-Reinstall and Configure cgi scripts in cgi-bin

We need to move our web site from the present server to our new VPS root server with the same hosting company. The web site is a membership site (fee & free directories) with from 100 to 150 web pages. Our cgi-bin contains six perl cgi scripts that will have to be reinstalled and configured. [login to view URL] Pro (perl)-text database. [login to view URL] 101 (perl)-no database. [login to view URL] (perl). You need perl (cgi) background and experience moving websites. All perl scripts and databases must be reinstalled and fully working as before the web site move. The AutoResponse Plus script works in conjuction with the Passmaster Pro script and must perform correctly. All must be tested very throughly by the web site mover and the web site owner and both agree that after the move the web site is working as before the move. There must be no down time due to the web site movers inabilities. Ultimate Affiliates MySQL database must be moved and in perfect working condition as before the move.
