AoA Brother, I have not made a website exactly like skrill however I have made sites which have some or other features of skrill, paypal, bitcoin etc. For instance I have made several e-commerce websites in which a person has to register, sign in, buy things and then pay via paypal, credit card etc. I have also made several payment modules for various countries' banking systems along with my team. If this project is of serious interest, I can also hire a consultant here in Pakistan to help us further. I will need more info from you on which bank would you like to the transfers to and from for this payment website? Also what should be the limitations on payments? For instance skrill and paypal let you transfer money but if you get to send and receive too much they start to check your details in more detail and ask for verification so you also need a verification and limit set up system.
