Read below for more information* We are looking for a seasoned independent developer who can help us in design & development of an Online Video Subscription based E-commerce Website. Apart from this the USP of this application will be a SECURE video engine which will allow subscribed users to only view video online. The website will also feature an annotation & question-answer engine similar to this website: [login to view URL] As you can see, this video engine plays the video and at 4 second, comments show up under the video, same thing occurs at 14 seconds. I want to use this analogy for the users that will be using my website. Whenever a user has a question about a topic that I am teaching, he/she can ask It at a particular time in the video and that question comment will behave similar to the grockit engine example provided above. Technologies: HTML5, Javascript, Online Video Streaming, Social Media Integration & Open Source Development Technologies like PHP, RoR etc. Stage 1 Application flow: User Area 1. User will register to the website using his/her email ID or Social Media Account 2. Upon registration, the user will land to the course overview page. On this page, users will be able to surf through the courses watch a summary video for free. 3. For viewing the course videos or subscribing to a course, user will have to buy a online subscription. Therefore there will be a shopping cart & payment gateway integration. 4. Upon purchase of the scubscription, user can view the course videos and course content in detail. 5. For any particular video, the subscribed user will be able to post comment & ask question using annotation & question-answer engine. These will be approved by Admin before going public. Admin Area 1. Admin will be able to approve/disapprove users registered to the website. 2. Admin will be able to add/edit/update course content. 3. Admin will be able to add/edit/update course videos. 4. Admin will be able to approve/dispprove using annotation & question-answer requests. 5. Admin will be able to track subscriptions bought by various users.
