Simple Classified Website

I want a classified website for pets(animals). The project is simple. Front end: 1) Map of the country. Visitors can click the city to be directed to the listing available in that city 2) Once the city is selected Featured listing must be available, showing photo and brief info. It must be a slider 3) Users can choose category. For example, Dogs. Sub category. Breed 4) Simple photo and brief details, including price must be visible for each listing. Clicking on the listing will open another page with full info about it 5) Top side there must be quick pages accessible including but not limited to City, Category, About us, Login/Register. Admin can easily change or add pages and order of the pages. 6) Full all device compatibility. Web must look creative and impressive Back End: 1) As admin, must be able to get full info or registered users including Name, City, Email, Phone Number. 2) All posting will be manually enable/disable from back end. The user can post but it shall remain pending unless changed by admin 3) A listing can be easily change to be in the featured portfolio/items 4) Pages can be easily changed 5) Must have facebook and twitter integration. Any listing that we enable should be automatically posted on Facebook Page and twitter account. 6) Facebook like box and follow us on twitter 7) Two or more admin, with their individual passwords. For now, this is it. Maybe will get more ideas and will update. Am also willing to listen to your ideas. I think it is can be purchased from themeforest and modified.
