228375 YouTube Clone installation

30 to 45 days preferred to complete project. I need to: 1. Find a YouTube clone script that actually works (NOT Alstrasoft!) 2. Install the YouTube clone script to my site 3. Allow for videos to permit posting of short ads inside the video 4. Include a method to receive payment for the ads that would run inside the video. 5. Include a method to receive payment for certain users to pay to run up to 1 minute video, and pay a higher price to upload a video from 1 minute to 3 minutes long. 6. Allow ads to appear across the header of the pages wherever videos appear. 7. Integrate the video users' username & p/word to work with an already existing database of usernames & p/words that exists on my working site. I want the new video script to work/integrate seamlessly with the already existing site that has its own registration so that a username & p/word used in the video portion of the site can be recognized across platforms universally with the username & p/words that are needed to access the non-video portion of the site. Site is running from a VPS running Apache. OS is Linux Site is PHP based w/my SQL databases
