Then it flies back to bottom left of the page" When the mouse cursor hover on the eagle, it will fly another round The U.S territory is composed of 100,000 to 1,000,000 pixels/square. 1 pixel/square is for 1 petition name with a petition message. Petition name is user's full name. Right now, we will call registered user as bald eagle. Registered User = Bald Eagle We want unique bald eagle. (registered user) We don't want duplicate bald eagle We will log down ip address The system will reject the same full name, same email address.
