Design and Programming Requests Are: - Add a border to all the shaded areas(i.e. tables, table cells, table rows) on the website where the border color is a darker shade of the shaded area's color. - Make the content font consistent throughout the site - Add on mouseover effects for navigation buttons so that they display a lighter shade of the same button color - Make the title font consistent throughout the site - Make hyperlinked text consistent throughout the site and with mouseover effects - Add new navigation buttons for these new sections - videogallery, photogallery, PMC, - Create the PMC section listed in the attachment below. - Create templates for pages where, - within each category, the top level the navigation lists the year and then month for which there are posts and the content lists summaries of the most recent posts with a link for "more" to read the full articles; - after you click on a month to navigate down a level, the navigation displays dates within that month for which there are posts; - after you click on a date to navigate down another level, the navigation displays all the post titles for that date ordered by time. - Add video footage to the site in the new videogallery category
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
