Web template and installation of Bloghoster.net software

Hi, I need to project completed in a very short amount of time. I have purchased the the [login to view URL] blog software. I need someone to create a web template that is geared towards latin teen girls. These teen girls will be able to create their own personal blogs at the site. It will be a blogging community for latin teen girls. The [login to view URL] software will need to be installed on the new template and it will allow them to creat their own blogs,upload pictures,etc. I like how this site looks: <[login to view URL]> This should be an easy project as it is only a blogging community.
