Optimized B2B marketing Web page

I need a compelling layout for a B-to-B marketing Web page. I am looking for a designer who has experience building and optimizing landing pages and lead collection forms. The goal is to collect leads for our fast software development service. This is an experiment in simplicity. There is only one message ??" “Get custom and semi-custom software fast??.
