GPS Enabled application for Android 2.0+ and/or iPhone

I want an application that uses the phone's location services(like cell antenna or GPS) and maps the closest people in the area. the application is a gay dating application. I want the user to be able to send his location, picture(either one that is in the image library or a new on for him to take), and be able to send a message or like little chat box. I want the application to work without having any logins and just have the user fill out a simple little bios(name, age, race, weight, height, and about section)if they want and the user should be free to browse the other guys. I want the application to load up the other people with the application by distance and be able to have the user favorite another user. The app should be able to display ads. The app should also have an indicator if the other users are currently online. There should be a home screen where the pictures of the closest individuals is displayed like 10 or 15 pictures(that display other users with the app installed on their device sorted by distance) and you should be able to click on the desired user and see the last time they were online, send them a message ( a chat box style), send them a picture, and the users location. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I want the app to work on android 2.0+ and/or the iphone if possible but android would be fine. The app should be able to use the phone's gps or location services to determine the user's location.
