E-Fictions Script & Tidy Integration.

We need to have the story upload/submission code used in the Open Source Script: efiction (URL Below) modified to run the .htm or .html files through Tidy (URL below) to parse out all non-standard & proprietary html code put into the files by MS Word, WordPerfect, Etc. The modified script shall be delivered in a .zip or .[login to view URL] file, and must run on FreeBSD with Apache (Should not be an issue as both scripts currently do).
