Address Book Importer

I would like a script (php?) for my website where I can send user to a screen where they can invite their contacts in their address book to our site (or to send them what ever the offer is we'd like to have them sent to them). It should be able to work with the major webmail providers (aol, gmail, yahoo, hotmail, msn etc) AND csv import from OE, Thunderbird ETC)... I want to be able to SAVE the imported contacts on my server in a csv file ALONG with the name/email of the person who imported the contacts. I would like the script to send emails to the contacts via SMTP rather than server or local host...more details on this to the selected coder...AND also be able to disable the send email function if desired...thereby only saving info to file. design...I want it to be very easy for the user... select email service type (aol, gmail, Outlook Express) by clicking a logo...enter login details and hit an invite button...and be done...that few steps if possible. Happy Bidding... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
