Need a small Windows utility that handles Windows Policies. That lets an users easily to: * **lock your computer with a password** * **Disable Function Keys on Boot Up** * **Require User?s Validation for Windows Access** * **Always Check Password on Boot Up** * **Instantly Lock your screen while leaving PC unattended** * **Disable Single Mode MS-DOS Applications in Windows** * **Don't Allow to Change Wallpaper** * **Restrict Access to the Passwords Control Panel ** * **Hide the Change Passwords Page** * **Hide the Device Manager Page** For example of similar solutions please see for example <[login to view URL]> However, all functionality is not needed (to speed up development). Key thing is that it easily supports different language, including double byte such as Japanese and Chinese. The text should be stored as a seperate text file so language is easily changed. Development time is important, so even if programming is a little bit quick and dirty it is alright as long as it is working. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP (international versions as well with double byte character set). Development in VB, Delphi, Visual C++, C++ Builder or similar.
