Compile VS.NET 2002 ATL Project

I need help for compiling My [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) ATL Project in order the compiled DLL file can be ran on my desktop PC. The project is bug-free in compiling. But, it seems I lost a library within my [login to view URL] environment. You should have MS Speech SDK 5.1 and MS TAPI SDK on your PC. And you must compile this into Visual Studio .NET 2002. That's it. I need it in an hour.
