VROA.org Website Redesign and Coding

This website needs a graphic redesign, reorganization and some new coding. [[login to view URL]][1] is a trade association for Vacation Rental Home Owners. The site was originally written mostly in ASP with a number of HTML only pages. The new site could stay in ASP or go to ASP.net. We don't want a PHP site because we run IIS and SQL servers here in our own office. Attached is a Project Summary that better explains what needs to be done. Much of the functionality of the ASP pages is already clear but there are some new pages to be created and the entire data structure and organiztaion can be adjusted. For graphics, we have included a link to a template that gives a feel for the project. But we're only to other good ideas as well. So if you have some great creative brain storms we'll listen. The coder can do most work in their own hosted environment making calls on our SQL server. Then the final site can be transferred to our IIS by zipped file, FTP upload or we can provide a Remote Desktop connection. We may need the coders assistance and ask for support for up to 90 days (if needed) at additional compensation. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2003 server, IIS, SQL Server
