Online information management system (Internal)(repost)

We are in need of an internal information management system to be built. We do a lot of business on eBay and managing this information has gotten out of hand. We will need customer management / inventory management and the ability to view this information in many different ways. We need to associate licensing information to our customers and our distributors for licensing management. The software we sell also uses a system called PC Guard for .Net. We will also need a web front end for generating unclock codes for our software using this system (only employees and distributors should have access to this system). PC Guard provides sample code to have this done, but I do not have the time to integrate this all. We will need security built into the application so only internal users and distributors should have access related to their access level ~ we will also need to track who is generating unlock codes and how often they do it (if it is a distributor of ours). This system will need to be web based (ASP.Net, preferably C#) and should also be capable of utilizing PayPal's IPN system for instant viewing of purchases and payments through the system. Most importnantly the system should be capable of being queried for information in many different ways. I will need an indvidiual who has a very flexible schedule (who is capable of working in my time zone (US 6 central). The application will need some documentation to describe the process of how it will work in the end. The application will not require any graphic development, but developer or team should have an average level of design capabilities for layout. We have an internal server that can be used for development of this system. I need someone who can think on their feet and fill in the gaps I can not at this time. Future work guaranteed for the right individual. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Internal use, so the latest versions of IE are fine.
