ASP.NET + MySQL for small website

Hello, --WE HAVE SHORTENED THIS BID REQUEST-- We need a website built "[login to view URL]" in ASP.net 2.0 that uses MySQL (about 30 elements per user) for data entry. Here are the main things that we need: 1:) A homepage that has a logo with a nice "login" section with UserName And Password, and "guest" button for entry to the guest section. 2:) We need 1 guest page built that has a login section in it, 1 admin page for adding/viewing/changing/deleting users 1 member page (after the user is found in the database, and logs in) 3:) We need everything to be written professionally in ASP, and this means that if we want to change something, we change it in ONE place, and it changes in every instance sitewide,...no matter what it is. 4:) We have header and footer images and data in possibly tables, that we also need on EVERY page using the same requirements as #3 (changing it in ONE place will change it sitewide). 5:) We will also be more inclined to work with you if you ask questions that you have WITH your initial bid, and you are able to get this done ASAP and Professionally. Thanks Guys! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
