ASP.NET 1.1, VB Codebehind, MS Access - Quote Request Form and Admin Page

I will require daily updates for the duration of the project. Please see the attached HTML form for the template to use. The page will calculate the sales tax based off of the State (tax rates for each state can be seen on: [login to view URL]). One exception is if they are a non-profit, which doesn't pay taxes. Quote is good for 30 days - afterwards, it will be ignored from the system. 5 days before expiration automatically send out a reminder email. I would like for people to be able to go to this quote request page and fil out the info. Once that's done, a confirmation email is sent to them with a static link to the request page. Once they click on the link there is a dynamically generated quote request page that is pulled from the databasee (see attached word doc). The actual quote is based on the following chart. For example, if someone wants 3 licenses. The price would be 3*1215 (+ it's $20 shipping for each license) + $60 shipping = $3,705 All data needs to be stored in a database of course... the system should send an automated email reminding the client when they are within 5 days of the quote expiring. Essentially sending an email which says: ***************************** Dear (first name), We wanted to let you know that the quote we gave for (product(s) here) is due to expire within five days. If you are interested please click on the link below to see your quote, print it out and fax back to us to get the order under way.
