IT Administrator Web Site

Hello All Coders! I am an IT Admin at a company and I need a website that can be used to track information on clients. Like a CRM but this information will be stricktally IT information.? I will need it to have A username and login for the admin, and for the clients.? It needs to generate reports with the clients information. For example i will need to have all the username and passwords for a clients site,? also the IP addresses and computer and server names. basically it will need to have the ability to add fields for a new type of item where neccessary and this would be added to the report. the clients can login and see the information, and if allowed they can modify the information.? the admin has the ability to raise the function level of the clients. ALso i need to have a version that can be formated to work on a PDA. so one format for the web and one format for the PDA. ## Deliverables This is going to be dymantec.
