I would like to try if you are OK for that, thanks I think the issue is in between mikrotik and your windows, the easies way is to try telnet from mikrotik to windows e.g telnet from mikrotik to your windows server port 7450, if it not works, then you need check again the windows server or in between it. Hello, I can review Mikrotik configuration and Windows FW configuration. But I think, you set it correctly and this will be application problem. It is easy to check directly on server if it is listening also on ports 7406-7500. Maybe server is opening these ports later once application need them. But I can be wrong. There is need to investigate it on server - check if server is listening on that ports 7406-7500. Maybe packet capture on server if needed. I can have a look on that.
